Whether we pour before or after the building goes up depends on your builder's schedule, and we'll coordinate with them directly.

Roughly late April through early November is the comfortable window in Western New York, and mid-summer books up first. Cold-weather pours are absolutely possible — with heated blankets, mix adjustments, and protected curing — but they cost more and need more planning. If you want work done next season, the best move is to get on the schedule over the winter. Estimates are free year-round, so there is no penalty for calling in February about a June patio.
